Hello Blake-barrage,
My name is Trey (I'M NOT SSTREY) and I wanted to make this post to inform you guys about some new changes that "might" be happening within this week. As most of the players know since this is indeed a new server, that there will be staff hunters trying to apply for in-game staff. This will not only allow them to not apply but will let the staff members know who is truly active and ready for the position. Now, I understand that players sometimes get bored of the server and either leave or quit. If that player is running for something the days that he is gone are the days that he is inactive within the server. (Let me break it down for you). Say a player joins the server and wants to become staff. He will play the server until he could reach the requirements. Now say that something bad has happened like if he was cleaned or got his bank lost pvping and quits. So if he has played for an about 4 weeks then doesn't come back for 4 weeks then the time resets to 0 time played because at that time he was inactive on the server. Now this doesn't apply to anyone making vacation plans or anyone doing something that doesn't allow them to play the server. I'm talking about the players that will just join and leave letting no one know about the situation or anything happening. (This doesn't really matter if this part of the idea gets put inline I just wanted to give some more ideas on ow things would work).

Now, since we've gotten the application template out the way we can start to talk about the requirements for become a server staff member. Now since I've been playing and looking around the forums and talking with staff members I've noticed a certain pattern that is going on. While I was looking at staff application from the other players I noticed that all of them joined the first day and post an application to become a server staff member. Now this system will probability make a few players made but they need to remember this is only an idea. I believe that the server should have both a forums account limit and in-game limit so that the server high staff members can see how you act on forums knowing that you will have to create a lot of post letting the new players know whats going on and things like that. Now for the players thinking that I'm going to start talking about 2 staff teams one in-game and one on forums and the only reason that would not work is because of reports. Now if a player is abusing a report and a forum mod wants to ban them but there not a mod in-game so if you where going to post something like that that's a good reason why not to do that. So I was thinking about how long the player should play I think it good for the player to play for a month but anything above a month is insanely good. Now we need to talk about the forums, now if your going to want to be a staff member you need to show that you can bring ideas and things to the server to help us out. So your going to need about 10-20 non-spammed post no spammed post include (Reply's g, gfx, and spam). There is also be a limit on the forums account time limit. The forums account will have to be active for about a month as well so that we don't have spammed post on applications.
